variety of services and conveniences are provided for Town Residents.
Our prompt and courteous employees are ready to assist with the
following:

Notary
Services - There are several notaries in our office and Bay
Harbor Islands residents may avail themselves of their services
at no charge. Please know that notaries are required to verify
a person’s identity before executing a document, so please bring
a picture ID when requesting this service.

Public
Transportation: Public buses operated by Miami-Dade County
have a number of routes and stops along Kane Concourse (96th Street).

to visit their website. The Town
also provides a mini-bus service which acts as a shuttle between
our East Island, the Town of Surfside, and North Miami. The mini-bus
travels from Bay Harbor Islands to Surfside daily Monday through
Friday, with an additional stop in North Miami on Mondays and
Thursdays before traveling to Surfside. The mini-bus operates
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Library
-
Residents may purchase a library card from the Miami-Dade County
Public Library System by completing an application, providing
photo identification and proof of current residential address
in any Miami-Dade location. There is a $50.00 fee charge per
card that the Town will reimburse to each resident. To receive
reimbursement, residents must provide photo identification,
proof of Bay Harbor Islands residency, a receipt for purchase of
library card, and complete a reimbursement form available at
Town Hall.
